FAQs

Common questions about the Aqua9x system

Does the Aqua9x system remove existing limescale, or only prevent new scale?
Both. It stops new limescale from bonding to surfaces, and over time the altered mineral structure helps gradually loosen and reduce existing deposits already in your pipework.
Do I need a plumber to install it?
Most residential installations are quick, clamp-on jobs. We recommend professional installation for commercial and industrial pipelines to match the unit to your pipe size and material.
Is it safe for drinking water?
Yes — the system is purely electronic and does not add any substance to the water. Always confirm compatibility with your local plumbing codes and water authority.
How is this different from a salt-based water softener?
A salt-based softener removes hardness minerals via ion exchange and needs regular salt refills. Aqua9x uses an electronic signal to change how those minerals behave, with no salt, no resin, and far less ongoing maintenance.
What size unit does my property need?
It depends on your incoming pipe diameter and water usage. Contact our team for a quick, no-obligation recommendation.
